Confidentiality

This subject is also mentioned on the website but I still get questions for information that I do not release. I do not release information on who I do cam designs for. I do not release information on the cam designs of my customers. I do not release information on how I design cam profiles or what software that I use. All of this "top secret" stuff is for the benefit of my customers and I think most of them appreciate that I do keep it confidential.

As I have said before, how a cam profile is designed or what software is used does not really matter. The person designing the cam profile determines the final lobe profile design. The knowledge and experience that the designer has will have more to do with the profile than the process used. No different than a plumber or an electrician. You hire the one based on their knowledge and experience. As far as not releasing information on my customers and their lobe profiles, well that should be obvious.
